Event Rules and Guidelines

To ensure a safe, fun, and faith-filled event, all participants, spectators, and volunteers must follow the guidelines below. Your cooperation helps us create an environment where we can enjoy cars, trucks, bikes, and fellowship while honoring Christ.

🚗 Vehicle Registration & Show Guidelines

  • Registration
     

    • $15 for all entrants

    • All vehicles must be registered and have an official event entry number displayed on the windshield or bike.

    • Pre-registration is encouraged (before May 5).
      Day-of registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.

    • Vehicle owners must sign the waiver of liability before participating.
       

  • Show Parking & Setup
     

    • All show vehicles must be parked in their assigned display area by 3:00 PM.

    • No vehicle movement is allowed during event hours (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM) unless directed by staff.

    • Revving engines excessively, loud stereos, or any disruptive behavior is not permitted, except during specified game times.
       

  • Motorcycles & Riding Rules
     

    • Motorcycles must be parked in designated bike show areas.

    • Helmets are encouraged when riding on event property.

    • No stunt riding, wheelies, or unsafe maneuvers are allowed.
       

  • Judging & Awards
     

    • Vehicles will be judged based on cleanliness, customization, creativity, and craftsmanship.

    • The People’s Choice Award will be determined by spectator votes.

    • Awards will be announced at 6:00 PM.

 

 

🏍️ General Event Rules

  • Code of Conduct
     

    • This is a faith-based, family-friendly event—please be respectful in your words, actions, and behavior.

    • No profanity, alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances allowed on event grounds.

    • No reckless driving, burnouts, racing, or revving that could endanger others.
       

  • Spectator & Participant Safety
     

    • Spectators must stay behind designated barriers and away from vehicle display areas unless given permission by the owner.

    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

    • Any unsafe behavior or violation of rules will result in removal from the event.

 

🙏 Ministry & Outreach Guidelines

 

  • Prayer & Worship
     

    • A Prayer Tent will be available for anyone seeking prayer, encouragement, or spiritual support.

    • Live worship will be taking place—please be respectful during worship and testimonies.
       

  • Faith-Based Atmosphere
     

    • This event is an opportunity to shine for Christ—let’s encourage one another and represent Christ in all we do.

    • Sharing testimonies, scripture, and faith is welcomed and encouraged.

 

 

🚦 Event Logistics & Vendor Rules

  • Food & Vendors
     

    • Only approved vendors are allowed to sell food, drinks, or merchandise.

    • Vendors must keep their areas clean and follow health and safety guidelines.
       

  • Cleanup & Event Closing
     

    • Participants must clean up their space before leaving—please dispose of trash properly.

    • Event ends at 8:00 PM; breakdown and departure should be done in an orderly, safe manner.




 

 

⚠️ Liability & Disclaimers

  • Ride & Shine Event coordinators and New Life Church are not responsible for accidents, damages, lost or stolen items.

  • Participants attend and display their vehicles at their own risk.

  • Failure to follow event rules may result in disqualification, removal from the event, or legal action if necessary.
